Except to assure you that neither of the above companies are in any way associated with Semiologic, Mesoconcepts, Inc, or Meaningful Technologies Corporation and caution you to read the fine print in their terms of Service (TOS) before you consider either of them for hosting of your Semiologic site, I will not go into a detailed description of their despicable business practices – at least here.

I formed the corporation and he obtained the domains. After the deal fell through and he refused to return nearly $40,000 USD that I wired to him according to contract, he created a rogue website using the meaningfultechnologies.com domain, claiming that Meaningful Technologies was a corporation formed in 2008 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

After finding that there was no such corporation, I filed complaints with SkyNetHosting.net, Darrell's hosting company, and with ASIC, the Austrailian Securities & Investment Commission, the agency that oversees corporations.

Within three hours of my complaint to SkyNetHosting, I received an email from Darrell Ridley informing me that the domains would be released to me. This was after several unsuccessful attempts to negotiate their acquisition.

Upon my acquiring the domains, I created this site. Since all of the old content was fraudulent, the content was not replicated, resulting in 404 errors. I am sorry about that but it was unavoidable.

The meaningfultechnologies dot com, dot net, dot org and dot us domains have all been transferred to me and are now owned by Meaningful Technologies Corporation.
